Join us Friday, November 13, from 5:30–6:30 PM for a lecture by visiting artist Lynda Ladwig, who specializes in slab-built porcelain forms. Drawing on forty years of experience in architectural design, Ladwig brings her understanding of volume, shape, and structure to her ceramic work. She hand-builds functional vessels, trays, and containers, as well as sculptural wall pieces that explore texture, contrast, and form. Through thoughtful use of line, material, and minimal decoration, her work highlights the relationship between function and visual design. Come listen to Ladwig share her creative process and the ideas that inspire her work in clay. Free and open to the public.
