Julie will demonstrate several of her low-relief carving techniques at the beginning of class. Participants with be given leather-hard clay slabs to practice their techniques and turn their clay slabs into wall-hanging tiles or trivets for decorative or functional use. Students will choose a single glaze for their piece and they will be dried, glazed and fired within 4 weeks.
